Do I need to be home during my scheduled cleaning?

No, it is not required for you to be home during your cleaning. Whether you want to be home while we are there, or would prefer to come home to a fresh and clean house, it is totally up to you.

Can I change my scheduled cleaning?

Of course! We are always happy to work with our clients on their schedules and will do everything we can to accommodate changes and special requests. Just give us a call or text us at (317) 739-8555 and we will gladly rework your schedule with you. We do ask that you call us a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid a cancellation fee.

What happens if I forget about my cleaning?

We send reminders to our clients via text and/or email about your scheduled service days and times to avoid lock-outs as much as we can. If we are locked out at the time of your scheduled service you will be charged a lock-out fee. To avoid this from happening, you may provide us with a key or garage code. 

How do you determine the cost?

We charge by the job so you always know up-front what the cost of our services will be. Prior to cleaning, we will ask you about your cleaning preferences and walk through your house with you. We will never charge you more than the stated service prices, unless you add on an additional service afterwards.

Do you accept credit cards?

Absolutely! We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, checks, and cash.

Can you use different products?

We believe you will love the products we use, but are happy to make a change if you have a special request. We just ask you to provide the alternate product for your cleaning. Please keep in mind that for the health of your family and also for that of us, we like to avoid using harsh chemicals as much as possible.

What do I do about my pets?

We love pets, and we know how much they love to "supervise" while we are there, so no need to worry about any special arrangements concerning your pets. Please do make sure to provide us with any information you want us to know about your pets, such as where they should be when we leave. 

Can you guarantee you won't break anything?

Unfortunately, we can't. We are very careful and meticulous, but there is a possibility of an accident occurring. We carry insurance in case of a mishap, along with our sincerest apologies because we are extremely concerned about taking the best care of your home and your belongings. If you do have a breakable item that is irreplaceable or of great value, please place it in a drawer or closed cabinet, or instruct us not to touch it.
